Our structure consists of activities involving the making of money by producing, buying and selling of product. Simply put, we are conduct enterprise activites for profit. Having a name does not separate the entity from the responsible, which means that our controlling heads are in charge of our operations and are responsible and liable for debts incurred by the enterprise. If there is any acquired debts, creditors can go after the controlling heads personal possessions. Our structure does not allow for corporate tax rates. The heads are personally taxed on all income from the operations.

Our structure is often used colloquially (but not by lawyers or by public officials) to refer to a company. A company, on the other hand, is a separate legal entity and provides for limited liability, as well as corporate tax rates. A company structure is more complicated and expensive to set up, but offers more protection and benefits for the possessor. We are sometimes referred to as a company, but not a company.
